Key Components of Drop Tower
Tower
The central structure of the ride, which can range from a few meters to over a hundred meters in height. It's designed to withstand the dynamic loads of the dropping gondola and the environmental loads such as wind.
Gondola/Car
This is the passenger-carrying unit that ascends the tower and is then released to free-fall or controlled descent. The design can vary, with some gondolas rotating or offering tilting seats for added thrills.
Braking System
This is a crucial safety component. Most drop towers use a magnetic or pneumatic braking system to ensure a smooth and safe deceleration before the gondola reaches the bottom of the tower.
Lift System
The mechanism that lifts the gondola to the top of the tower. It may consist of a winch and cable system, chain lift, or linear synchronous motor (LSM) technology in more advanced models.
Control System
The brains of the operation, this includes the hardware and software that manage the ride cycle, safety systems, and diagnostics.
Base Frame
A sturdy support structure at the bottom of the skydrop ride that houses the mechanical and electrical components and serves as a foundation to anchor the tower.

Drop Tower Design Concept
The concept is novel, the characteristics are distinct. Its main structure is a square high column, with 16 circular cabins arranged around it, the cabins are equipped with protective measures such as safety bars and seat belts. The entire operation system is equipped with sensors that detect the spiral climbing、descending speed of the cabins, monitoring the normal operation of the equipment. With colorful exterior decoration, interesting movement forms, visitors sit on the seats and gradually rise with the rotation of the turntable, as if soaring in the blue sky. Under the effect of centrifugal force, visitors swing and spin around the central column, like swallows circling and dancing in the clear sky, integrating entertainment、thrills and excitement into one, providing an endlessly enjoyable riding experience!
